Draft. The final wording will follow. Until then, this page describes what the app actually does.

Who can join

Gjejnuse24 is only for people aged 18 and over. Your date of birth is asked when you sign up; anyone younger does not get an account. Accounts of minors are deleted without warning.

Each person creates exactly one account, with their own photos and true information.

What is not allowed

• a false identity or other people's photos
• nudity and sexual content
• advertising, prostitution, requests for money of any kind
• harassment, insults, threats
• contacting minors
• sharing other people's photos, messages or calls

Violations lead to the account being blocked, in serious cases without warning.

Selfie check

Anyone who wants to use the app must pass the selfie check. It runs on the device; the check photo is only sent to moderation with your explicit consent and is then deleted, at the latest after 30 days. The badge is called “Photo verified” — we do not check ID documents.

Calls

Calls are only possible between people who have a match. Calls are not recorded. Recording a conversation without consent is a criminal offence (Art. 179ter of the Swiss Criminal Code); anyone who does so and shares it will be blocked.

Subscriptions and purchases

Subscriptions renew automatically until they are cancelled. They can only be cancelled in the App Store settings — we cannot end a subscription for you. Price and duration are shown in the app before purchase.

One-time purchases such as likes, Boosts or call minutes are paid once and used once. Refunds are handled by Apple.

If an account is blocked because of a violation, there is no right to a refund for the current period.

No guarantee of success

We provide a platform. We cannot promise that anyone will find someone.

Changes

We may change these terms and will announce this in the app beforehand.
