Yes. Your profile, the selfie check, likes, matches and chat are free. You can buy Premium and extras such as Superlikes or Boosts in the app.

After signing up you take a quick look into the camera. The app checks on your phone that a real person is behind the profile and matches the photos. Your profile then gets the “Photo verified” badge. We do not check ID documents.

Tap “Forgot password” when signing in. You will receive a code by email. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder.

No. You can only call your matches, directly in the app and without sharing phone numbers. Calls are never recorded.

On the profile or in the chat, tap the three dots at the top right. Choose a reason; for “Other”, briefly describe what happened. You can block the person right afterwards.

Subscriptions run through Apple. Cancel them on your iPhone under Settings → your name → Subscriptions. We cannot cancel them for you.

In the app under Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, photos, matches and messages.
